A little history to bring you up to speed.
The home - Villa Paraiso - is owned by Michaela Miller and Steve Sadler. It is slated to be the 1st Platinum LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) in NE Florida (Jacksonville). With a HERS (Home Energy Rating Score) of 18, it is the MOST energy efficient home in NE Florida and one of the most efficient in the entire US.

The Documentary:
“Built Totally Green $ave Our Future” includes 25+ energy tips and 100s of hours of downloadable research. It covers Tropical Storm Fay’s devastation, the deconstruction & rebuild all captured on HD video, thousands of photographs, and dozens of interviews. Launch date is July 5, 2010.
