Brevard Grouting Service was started in 1966 when the need was recognized for a specialty company that could meet the needs of people who own buildings with settlement problems. As the company grew, so did its scope of expertise. Started primarily as a pressure grouting contractor, our reputation quickly grew as experts to all types of soil and foundation related problems.
Our auger-cast piling machines were developed in house for high mobility and quick setup and are capable of drilling to depths of 50 feet in diameters from 8 to 30 inches.

Brevard Grouting is committed to providing the highest quality product with the least impact on the environment by limiting the amount of wasted material left on site and were honored to be selected as the piling contractor for the “Villa Paraiso” Totally Green Project.
Why We Chose this Partner
Brevard Grouting Service proved to be an excellent choice for our Auger piling. As with many things that we are doing on this project; we never know the impacts of our rational until the very moment we commence each activity. The Auger Piling proved this point one more time.
David Ricks and his team of professionals hit the ground running and within the very first hour, they met their first (unexpected) challenge. The plan (based on the GeoTech report from Ellis & Associates) was to drill 34; 35ft wells in order to carry the weight of the new building; once drilled, the wells were filled with a grout solution and steel reinforcement rods sunk in retrospectivly. Each well was expected to take no more than 30 minutes. The unexpected challenge on the very first well took almost 3 hours and 8 times the expected amount of grout. It seems that we had hit a void in the ground somewhere below 15 feet.
Proving the professionalism of David and Neil's team; they moved on; continuing from pile to pile; east to west, north and south until all 34 Augers were in place. A magnificent end to a truly frustrating start.
